Terms & Conditions

Contract between you and Lola & Wild:

Once an order has been placed, Lola & Wild will send you an email confirming that we have received your requested order for the items you wish to purchase and your chosen delivery method. This order constitutes an offer to Lola & Wild and does not mean that your order has been accepted. Once we have confirmed your order and the delivery company has confirmed carriage of your items, we will send you an email stating that your order has been dispatched. The dispatch confirmation signifies the formation of the contract between you and Lola & Wild.

In certain circumstances we may not be able to fulfil your requested order. In this case the contract between you and Lola & Wild will only refer to the items in the dispatch confirmation email.

Lola & Wild may need to (and reserve the right to) cancel the contract between us if:

  • There is no availability of the product you have requested.
  • You do not reside in an area that our delivery provider delivers to.
  • We suspect the transaction may be of a fraudulent nature.
  • If any of the items ordered have been listed at an incorrect price due to an error when listing the item or us having received an incorrect price from our suppliers.

If the need arises for us to have to cancel the contract, we will notify you by email and refund the items and shipping (unless shipping has been used to deliver other items in the order) to the payment method originally used. Lola & Wild will not be obliged to offer any further compensation.,

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We hope that you love your products but, if for any reason you would like to return an item, you can do so by notifying us within 14 days of your purchase. Items you wish to return must be unopened and in the original packaging and condition. Items that have been opened (especially beauty products) cannot be returned. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item (unless it is damaged or faulty) using a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for lost parcels.

After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item, with photographic evidence, to obtain a refund. Please email us at sales@lolaandwild.co.uk with your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Items which cannot be returned for safety / hygiene reasons include:

  • Perishable goods such as food / drink products.
  • Sanitary products.
  • Products that are personalised / made to order.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved and if so, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
